Compensation

     As an employer, we believe that it is in the best interest of both the organization and our employees to fairly compensate our workforce for the value of the work provided. We determine the current market value of a position based on the location, skills, education, knowledge and behaviors required. Our compensation decisions will be objective and non-discriminatory in theory, application and practice.

Benefits

    At PlayPower, we strive to offer a comprehensive benefits package to our employees. The plans that we offer include health, dental, life, accidental death and dismemberment, disability, and a medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts program.

We also offer employees the option to purchase additional insurance for additional term life for the employee, dependent life insurance, cancer coverage, additional short term and long term disability.

Retirement

     We believe that every employee should have the opportunity to save for their retirement. We have implemented a Safe Harbor 401(K) Plan which provides basic savings benefits and additional savings opportunities for all employees. Employees are eligible to participate after 1 year of service, participation beginning at the start of the next quarter.
