Universal Accessibility
EZ Dock has taken accessibility to another level with their new EZ Launch Accessible Transfer System for Kayaks and Canoes. A first in the industry, the Accessible Transfer System provides individuals with disabilities universal accessibility that exceeds the minimum requirements of the ADA. The Transfer Bench is built with two heights for varying wheelchair sizes and two Transfer Slide Boards to accomodate differing watercraft heights. The Transfer Slide Boards land securely on a railing system that stabilize and provide grab bar transfer assistance for easy slide movement. Users can simply slide over and drop down into a kayak or canoe while utilizing handrails to pull off and on.
Our goal is to effectively meet all of your waterfront needs. That’s why EZ Launch is modular, making it adaptable to any location. It can be used with your current EZ Dock system or with an existing traditional dock, and it requires only a few tools and very little time to install.
